ABOUT CLIMATE WEEK PRAGUE
Climate Week Prague (14–20 September 2026) is a nation-wide platform of events connecting business, policy, culture, academia, and civil society to advance the transition towards a more sustainable, modern, and resilient Czech Republic. Inspired by international Climate Weeks in cities like New York and London, CWP brings this globally established format to Central Europe, strengthening the Czech voice within regional and global climate conversations.
CWP is organised by the International Sustainable Finance Centre (ISFC), an independent and impact-driven think tank based in Prague focused on sustainable finance and broader transition topics in Central and Eastern Europe.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a proactive, communicative and relationship-oriented Partnership Coordinator Volunteer to support Climate Week Prague's growing network of partners and participating organisations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, stakeholder engagement and building meaningful relationships. You will help coordinate communication with organisations from across business, government, academia, civil society and the sustainability sector.
Time commitment: approximately 2 days per week from June / asap until September 2026.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support communication with Climate Week Prague partners and participating organisations
- Assist with outreach and follow-up communication
- Help onboard new partners and event organisers
- Support the preparation of partnership and presentation materials
- Assist with general partnership coordination and administration
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO
- Is fluent in Czech and English (written and spoken)
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills
- Enjoys relationship-building and stakeholder engagement
- Is organised and able to manage multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously
- Is proactive and comfortable taking initiative
- Can communicate professionally with senior stakeholders
- Has an interest in sustainability, climate, business, policy, or social impact topics
